What is the shelf life of your products?
Lyophilized/Powder Products: When refrigerated, products remain stable for 1-2 years.
Liquid Products: Average shelf life of 12-18 months when stored at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
Reconstituted Products: Must be refrigerated and remain stable for 2-4 weeks depending on handling.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
We work with shipping carriers to resolve any delivery issues. Contact us immediately if you experience problems with your shipment.
Can you provide usage instructions?
NO. Valor Sciences cannot and will not provide specific advice on research methodologies, reconstitution procedures, or usage instructions. We assume all customers are qualified researchers with appropriate training.
